Elon Musk fishes for engagement, accidentally reminds advertisers why Twitter ad space isn’t worth it

I deleted my Twitter account months ago, and I have literally never regretted it for a second. I highly encourage you to do the same and get your latest ”Elon Musk embarrasses himself” news secondhand, a bit like you’re doing now! It’s little secret that X, The Everything App (a name that gets funnier and funnier the more the site shrinks) has been hemorrhaging users and calcifying what’s left into a hypercondensed little gathering of the most racist men alive.

From the official description of the 600+ page book:

Deeply researched and lavishly illustrated in color, Apple: The First 50 Years includes new interviews with 150 key people who made the journey, including Steve Wozniak, John Sculley, Jony Ive, and many current designers, engineers, and executives. The book busts long-held myths; goes backstage for both the titanic successes (450 million iPods, 700 million iPads, 2.2 billion iPhones) and the instructive failures (Lisa, Apple III, MobileMe); and assesses the forces that challenge Apple’s dominance as it enters its second half century.

Apple reveals MacBook Neo battery cycle limit – 9to5Mac

Apple has updated its support documentation to confirm the maximum battery cycle count for the new MacBook Neo. Here are the details.

First things first: what counts as a battery cycle?
In a nutshell, each battery cycle corresponds to the number of times a Mac laptop consumes the energy equivalent of 100% of its battery capacity, across one or more charges.
Or, as Apple explains it:

For example, you could use half of your laptop’s charge in one day, and then recharge it fully. If you did the same thing the next day, it would count as one charge cycle, not two. In this example, it might take several days to complete a cycle.
